DAYS 1–2Welcome to europeThose all-important first impressions … Discover Paris during a specially arranged, orientation of the city. Take in the sights and sounds of the world renowned Champs Elysee, Arc de Triomphe and Notre Dame Cathedral.

During the afternoon, meet with a local artist for firsthand insight into the celebrated world of Parisian art. Dive into a selection of French delicacies, including snails, perched on top of Montmartre’s hill.

DAY 3the Palace of VersaillesExplore the extravagance of the Palace of Versailles and picnic on the grounds of this UNESCO World Heritage Site following a trip to the market, bartering for lunch ingredients in French.

With the wealth of art and artifacts on show in Europe’s biggest museum, it really is best to take the time to explore the Louvre, which includes the works of Da Vinci’s Mona Lisa, on your own. Spend the evening taking in a breath-taking light show at the iconic Eifel Tower.

This afternoon, board your private vintage tram and ride through the city in style towards Schoenbrunn Palace, summer residence of the Austrian Emperor. Join a Classical Viennese Concert while walking in the footsteps of celebrated composers Mozart and Strauss.

DAY 12a night under the starsWork alongside local residents on the ‘Castle Project’. Volunteers are united in the construction of an authentic medieval castle, using only medieval technology. Spend an afternoon tackling the challenges of medieval sports including archery, crossbow and chavelot.

Your medieval action-packed day culminates in an evening of traditional food and ritual games in the small castle-town of Friesach. Spend the night under the stars in a specially recreated medieval village. You’ll never forget the meal they cook for you!

DAY 13the Good lifeEmbrace small town, alpine life in the heart of Europe. Discover how local communities function, with an exploration of how industry in these areas has changed throughout the years.

Meet with local musicians and learn how to dance the traditional folk dance, Schuplattler. Dive into a home-made lunch, lovingly prepared by locals, before departing for your next destination, Venice!

DAY 14romance in VeniceTake a deep breath … Kick off an action-packed day by heading out on a guided orientation of the city. Bustle through alleys, quaint bridges and narrow canals and see the Basilica San Marco and the Bridge of Sighs. Learn about Venice’s most celebrated exports, as you and your new friends take part in a Murano Glass blowing demonstration.

Sample an array of tasty pasta dishes for lunch, before navigating Venice’s picture perfect canals by Gondola. Take in sites including the Guggenheim Museum, the "Fenice Theater" and Mozart's Residence.

DAY 15Florence renaissance Following your journey to Florence, try a taste of home at the Hard Rock Café. Situated inside a stunning former cinema, this location is listed as one of the city’s many heritage sites.
