Most people I know hate winter time. I'm not one of them, I'm a winter person. Maybe because when everything is white and plane, angels can fly and we won't recognize them. It's angels who decorate streets and bring snow. It's angels who sing Christmas carols and make your home so warm. Maybe I'm wrong, dear readers, but that's why I love winter. Because I believe in something special, something magic. This year I've decided to attend as many Christmas markets as possible and if you want to join, there are some tips where you can find the right market for you. Fans of huge Christmas celebration will find market in Vienna interesting , families would enjoy atmosphere in Hainburg and if you look for something traditional but not so big, Nitra is a perfect place for you.

Sometimes, when it's really cold outside I imagine how it would be great if I were somewhere on the beach. The memory of lying on the Zakhyntos beach helps me in these freezy days. It's great to fantasize about travelling. I feel free and excited. If you want to dream with us just taste our report from Provance in France. Bon apetit!

And then, after eight I love to drink my cup of coffee. Bittersweet taste of this amazing drink takes me to the special world. Legs on the table, sitting on warm sofa a reading a book. Or a magazine. I can perfectly imagine you holding this issue and reading about the history of this dazing potion while eating amazing tiramisu by Jamie Oliver. Well, I hope you will enjoy our magazine filled just by wonderful and good news. I believe they will cheer you up, wherever you are, because we've made it with care and love. And remember: open your eyes and maybe you will see your angel!

How can you make your dream come true? Simply. It is possible to make your looks nicer on installment. Medical help is done promptly but you can pay for it monthly, per quarter or half a year....So ladies, great opportunity!

This time brings furrows on your face. Because of money, hard work, stress. The twenty-first century is fenomen of bustling life. Wake up every day by right leg is not so easy. However we have many opportunities, options and technologies. You can say goodbye to furrows on your face if you stray to estetic centre. Many of you are sceptic about it for sure. What about money? I didn´t win a lottery to go to procedure of my beauty. Yes, you are right. That is expensive prank. But if you compare mastosis with used car the price is almost the same (I am talking about second-hand car but operational).

Vintage and retro is in nowadays. Even in music. Enthusiasts of old swing songs and electro music have definitely already known the Austrian DJ Parov Stelar. His songs are known all over Europe and even in the US – you can find them in many soundtracks, mostly in TV series. Parov Stelar is a founder of a new music style – Electroswing and on the newest EP you can find remakes of really old songs which sound absolutely fantastic. La fête is the name of his last work and it means fiesta. The popular one in these days is Paris swingbox. Parov Stelar band has just ended the autumn tour leave in Bratislava.

Five years later Parov Stelar decided to co-operate with a music band and since then, the Parov Stelar band has increased in popularity. Since he began his career there were released 8 albums, 19 EP's and 6 singles. The most popular member of the band is Marcus Ecklmayr, well-known as Max the Sax.

Coffee is the fruit of plants of the family Rubiaceae, genus Coffea. Although in this family there are ten kinds of this genus but people loving coffee are actually interested in 2 kinds: Coffea arabica and Coffea canephora. Coffea arabica represents about three quarters of world production. In comparison with Coffea canephora the first one is less resistant to heat, diseases, pest, mainly against Hemileia vastatrix which totally devastated coffee plantations on Ceylon whereby there was created clear space for tea. The easiest fight with pest is in maximum height what is the explanation of setting Coffea Arabica in absolute altitude more over 900 metres. Of course, it causes higher costs for growing, higher market price but also higher quality.

The season for gathering can be different. To the north of the equator – coffee fruits are collected since september till the end of the year. To the south of the equator – collecting is done during spring months but sometimes it takes longer. Fruits have to be mature. Fruits have ovoid shape and they a little bit remind our cherries. All fruits attacked by pest have to be carefully liquidated because they could mar quality of gathering. Gathering is done manually in two different ways – wet and dry.

COLLECTING AND PROCESSING OF COFFEE

The dry method is the oldest one. Fruits are poured on the mat and for 2 or 3 weeks they are given under the sunlight for drying. They are often turned to keep drying evenly and to not come to fermentation. Then grains are sprinkled to the special peeling machines which are able to remove this dry sheel. This dry method needs dry, not rainy weather and he was used in the eastern part of India. Because of it it was called east-indian method. In the places where rain is common and that´s not able to dry grains under the sun according to frequent rain, wet method is being used. For the wet method grains have to be collected by special method – picking. They have to be equally mature.

During the forthcoming 12-24 hours after gathering it is neccesary to remove peel and pulp with peeling machine which separate seeds of coffee-tree from pericarp. It is very important to keep time because subsequent separation can lead to damaging grain. The next stage is removal of the scrotum which is not soluble in water. Its retention would lead to the initiation of rotting of grain during drying. This effect is achieved when the fermentation process which must be wet processed coffee as well as drought. For this purpose grains urinate in the water where there is the spontaneous fermentation. After 24 hours protective film softens and can be easily removed under

Natural drying is considered best to ensure quality coffee and it is used in the places where appropriate climatic conditions are. Depending on the temperature this process may take 1 to 3 weeks. If they are too dry when you press crack, if they are too wet they spoil the whole crop, it causes rot. Grains are sorted according to size and then by weight. It is assumed that the larger the grain, the better the coffee. Coffee wet cleaning is considered to be the highest quality coffee which is reflected in its higher price.

SELECTION

Coffee production, sorting, blending, roasting and packaging are very important elements of the process so that there is a delicious black drink from red fruits. Particularly important is the removal of broken grains in the process of fermentation. The faulty grain creates trichloranizol - chemical compound that gives coffee unpleasant "hospital" smell called RIO. Correct selection is performed by complex electronic equipment. Ultraviolet rays areused, assess the maturity of the grain under the shade of silvery membrane. Both roasted and green coffee may be selected. Given that each batch of coffee taste is characterized by a predominant feature: sweetness or bitterness and aroma of its own, mixing is used to increase and maintain the average quality. Consequently the specific characteristics of each batch has joined with other ones, specific for another batch which also enrich the final product. The mixture also allows to achieve a balance between the different flavors - hot,sweet and sour.

Coffee gets a delicate aroma and flavor due to the roasting process. When heated to a temperature of grains from 200 to 300 Celsius degree, the release of these essential oils is called coffee essence. These oils are completely soluble in water allowing flavor to permeate the drink and giving him an unusual bouquetof scents.

In addition to these qualities coffee gets the appropriate color and tenderness. The higher the temperature, the darker the color and the more bitter flavor. However inappropriate coffee roasting can make coffee aborted. For example too low temperature roasting causes the essential oils getting lost of the grain.

Our brain is smart, early it can say to you to go to the toilet, drink water, put sweater on. During the night it´s ready for dreaming and it cares about all processes of your body. It cares about being alive next morning.

The brain is nothing else like grey amorphic solid. However, this solid is responsible for everything, how you feel during the day or if you are sad or happy. Your brain is that one which send you impuls to watch movie in TV, say hello to close person or defend yourself in fight with chef.

Brain was constructed by itselfOrder is created from the first genetical information whereupon after several months whole man is developed. Actually the most difficult apparatus of the body is developed without any help. Brain is so smart that it can tag together only on the ground of information which one cyte has.

Human brain works like computing technology which is common for us at home or work. It´s nothing else like well-ordered chips which can communicate each other by some rules. It´s the same as we expect from our computer to do work. It doesn´t matter if these tasks are working or funny, our brain is cluttered up with tasks which have to do.

What is the most interesting and what I am wondered every day is that our brain is not only self-created but also self-stored with operating system. It´s the same like when you give operating system to your computer. It´s like filling processor during its producing by everything what you will need for your job or fun one day.

Brain has own needs

Brain has own needs and they are not only physical. It needs to get oxygen, sugar and another staff regularly. What about emotions? It knows which emotions his owner have to get from other people to go well.

Some mistakes

Brain can be starving in some areas:· We give little appreciation to our children.· We are not aware of giving little love.· There is little acceptance in families· We are not so much motivated by

ourselves and our children too· We don´t know what talent means and

because of it we can´t support children in it

· We push children into something what they really don´t want to do only for our presumption that it is good for them

Examples: In the place where compliment was missing man is later pusshed to do things by his head where compliment is easier available even for the price of sacrifying own family or his honour. If love was missing, brain is later looking for much love. Man is getting to more partners at a tip or to do infidelity or to hustle partner into love-token around and around.

If motivation was missing, in adulthood brain is confused and it is broadcast signals like „Everything is useless“ or „Nothing has price“. If children were pushed into doing things which they were not convicted of they were defiant. It will have consequences in future, they will do things which are dangerous or criminal.

Lack of something can be refilled

If you think that you didn´t get some of these food-stuff for brain in childhood don´t despair of it. It can be done. The first step is to realize which area you were starving at and then you have two options:1. Have a binge by yourself (but plene)2. Wish someone to have you a binge

When you had lack of compliments, make a plan for some months – where and for what you will compliment yourself. When you had lack of love, make yourself good for no reason. But if you can give this task your near relation, do that. It´s not late so start fill your head with fresh food right now!

The paradise in the middle of nowhere

Scented lavender fields, colourful nature, ancient villages with beautiful houses which represent unchanging patterns of rural life. Picturesque land of vineyards and cypresses, olive trees and charming hills offer wide range of visual and emotional pleasures to every visitor.

In these winter times there are moments when it helps me a lot to come back in time to a shiny summer to most beautiful places I had a chance to visit. To warm up a little I switch to my memories of Provance and its beauties which make me feel comfortable even in these cold times. I hope it will be inspiring and maybe a new tip for your future trips. Bon voyage!

Provence is one of the most beautiful regions of France. It is situated in south eastern coast of France in Mediterranean area and its east part is neighbouring with Italy. It is a part of the administrative region of Provence-Alpes-Côte d´Azur.

The most famous places in Provence are probably cities like Marseille, the second largest city in France and the capital of Provence-Alpes-Côte d´Azur region, then Nice or Cannes with their stunning beaches and cultural festivals. Not so many people know that there are also very small villages called „The most beautiful villages of France“ which hide rich heritage of cultural, architectonical and natural beauties.

In the beginning of our trip our guide told us – to me and my friend, that we are going to visit „the paradise in the middle of nowhere“. It was meant just metaphorically but I got to know that in some way he was right. He took us to small villages with only a few families living there. These abandoned corners of paradise captivated me immediately.

Roussillon, Gordes, Murs and Saignon. Those four places are our today´s destination.

Time of my visit in Provence, the end of July, was the peak season of blooming lavender. This was what cought my eyes at first. Land that I´ve seen before in that amazing pictures in fact was there and just in front of me. I could walk between the lines of lavender plants, so straight planted and I could inhale that beautiful lavender scent.

My another big sensual touch with Provance and its tastes literally was when we found a little restaurant in Saignon and ordered „Plat de dégustation“ or we can say plate with „all the tastes of Provence“. The first pleasant shock was that I noticed there probably the biggest cat I´ve ever seen. It was living in the external part of restaurant which was connected to a narrow street. We were sitting there, drinking red wine and enjoying Provensal tastes surrounded by classical rural decoration and objects that were typical for the provencal atmosphere.

As I got to know the cuisine of Provence, it is the result of the warm, dry Mediterranean climate and landscape good for grazing sheep and goats and closeness to the sea. The basic ingredients there are olives and olive oil, garlic, sardines, rockfish, sea urchins and octopus, lamb and goat, chickpeas, local fruits, such as grapes, peaches, apricots, strawberries, cherries and the famous melons of Cavaillon.

Our meal in the restaurant in Saignon was really great. Firstly we were guessing what was the green coctail which they served us and we found out it was mixed green pumpkin with some other unidentified vegetable. At least we think so . We got also amazing pastes with typical french baguettes with great range of salads, vegetables and fish.

This little peaceful village, Saignon you can explore by foot. Opposite the town hall you will see a very pretty 12th century Roman church Notre Dame de Pitié. There are ancient fountains, picturesque squares and beautiful old houses with complicated doorways. There is also a rock of Saignon where is very easy access to the top and then you can admire fabulous panoramatic view.

All the four villages I visited are the part of Luberon, which is listed as a „Parc Naturel Régional“. So it is protected area.

What is admiring about Russillon, the other one of the most beautiful villages of France, is the whole image of the village. All the houses and buildings in the village are built in the same architectonical style which gives them ancient tinge. There are ochre mountains and plasters of all the houses are made from this material. So they play in colours of orange, red and pink. Narrow streets are interlaced with small tunnels made of stones and a lot of plants. Calm place has a really special historical atmosphere.

Murs is another charming village, a true delight to visit and walk through. There are a number of stone walls and remains of ancient fountains. Nature lovers can follow the long wall of dry stones (27 km) known as the Mur de la Peste (the Plague wall). It was built in 1721 as a protection from the epidemic spreading coming from Marseille.

Perched on a hilltop, the village of Gordes dominates the surrounding valley which is home to vast expanses of olive and almond trees. It is one of the most visited sites of the Luberon. It is very historical and adorable place attractive for sightseeing. There are many shops dedicated to tourists, selling souvenirs and regional products. There are also small local markets with food, clothing, instruments, Provencal dishes, decorations, handicrafts and all you can imagine. It looks like the little town built in the stone hill.

This was only small „degustation“ of Provence and its wealth. I really recommend to everyone to explore it and not only in the imagination, but in person. You can start to plan your summer holiday even now in the december. :)

About the author:

Khaled Hosseini was born in Kabul, Afghanistan in 1965, the son of a diplomat father and a mother who taught Farsi and history in a high school. Granted political asylum, they moved to California in 1980 where they lived on food stamps for a short while. Hosseini earned his medical degree and began practicing internal medicine in 1996. He published The Kite Runner in 2003 as a great success. In 2006 Dr. Hosseini was named a U.S. envoy to UNHCR, the United Nations Refugee Agency.

One night Gil decides to make a walk through Paris streets to feel the atmosphere of this romantic and wonderful city. Maybe he has drunk too much wine or is it a miracle? There's an old taxi which gives him a ride straight to the 20s. Now, Gil is in the middle of a party in the age he likes the most, enjoying the company of Zelda and F. Scott Fitzgerald, Ernest Hemingway and many others. Gil meets and askes Gertruda Stein (Kathy Bates) if she would look at his novel and tells him if it's good just like she has done for Hemingway every time. Gertruda Stein and the others from Gil's dream world are the first ones, who have ever read his book.

Since that strange night, Gil comes to the place where he found the special taxi every day and can't wait to be back in 20s again. There's also a woman called Adriana. She's an actress, a very beautiful lady, a huge groupie of Gil's novel and all of that, she perfectly undertands him.

The big sense of humour is hidden in the situations, when Gil tries to describe Inez what he has seen at night. He talks about amazing people he met. Paul Gauguin, T.S. Eliot, Salvador Dalí and Pablo Piccaso, but rational Inez thinks he's just crazy.

Story about changing from NO ONE to SOMEONE...Why did I buy my limo?

My name is Kim Madsen, I am Danish and I live in northern Denmark, in the country side. I am raised in a poor family together with my younger sister and brother. When I was 8 years old my parents got divorced and my mother became sick and I did not see my father, who found another wife. From one day to another I found myself in a orphanage, while my sister and brother was in foster families.It was very traumatic and I missed my family and also missed my playmates who know not any longer were allowed to play with me because of my new status. Hours by hours everyday I was starring out of the window to the entrance of the orphanage, hoping to see my mother that I worried a lot about, hoping that she will be fresh and will come and take me back so we could be a family again.

During 2-3 years I was in and out of the orphanage 3 times and finally one day my mother got fresh and she found a new husband, who adopted the 3 of us so we became a family again. The days in the orphanage dreaming were my hope I told all my fellows in the orphanage, that one day, I will be rich and successful, I told that I will get my own long white limousine, my own luxury boat, I will live in a big manor house, travel around the world, and I will be the best father in the world, and even I will be so rich I can travel around the world helping other who's without a family like me. Of course everyone in the orphanage and my classmates laughed at me and teased me so when they saw me they alwasy welcomed me by saying: „How are you today Mr. Millionaire, ha ha? ;-)“ Even the teachers tried to take me down on earth again telling me being rich is not for everyone and that I should focus on my homeworks and school instead of dreaming. So lots of times I was confirmed that I am NO ONE but I dreamed about being SOMEONE and very often I was the only one believing in my dreams. Time went and I left 10th class/primary 7 with and below average exam. I decided to start as a clerk sailing in cargoships in age 17 and next 6 years I was sailing around the world which was a shortcut of one of my dreams. Age 23 I realised I was not faithful to my dreams and I stopped from one day to another and started to run a restaurant in my hometown. One anh half a year later my restaurant was bankrupt and I lost all my savings and I was registrated everywhere as a bad debitor and was not able to borrow money from any bank. Now my only education was my driver license and everyone recommended me to go back saling so I could make a plan to pay back the 50.000 usd I was in debit to the bank on a 5 year pay back plan. My dream was stronger and I decided to become a distributor in network marketing which industry I am still in ! Today I am there I fullfilled all my dreams, I have my limousine, my manorhouse, my boat, more houses, lots of quality time with my two kids. I travel around the world and I have my own charity projects in Lithuania and Uganda helping orphans to go from NOONE to SOMEONE ;-) I am leader of a organisation/team of more than 100.000 distributors in 20 countries, I have got all the recognision you can imagine, I have been speaking and training more than 1 million people in 40 countries, transforming their lives to a better future!Now you all know WHY I bought my limo!!! This was my symbol that I DID IT.

Trust me, you can dream and you can achieve it!
