THE GOD OF BEGINNINGS

GENESIS 1:14-19

“And God said, Let there be lights in the expanse of the heavens todivide between the day and the night. And let them be for signs, andfor seasons, and for days and years”

15 And let them be for lights in the expanse of the heavens to givelight upon the earth. And it was so.

16 And God made two great lights: the greater light to rule the dayand the smaller light to rule the night, and the stars also.

17 And God set them in the expanse of the heavens to give lightupon the earth,

18 and to rule over the day and over the night; and to dividebetween the light and the darkness. And God saw that it was good.

19 And the evening and the morning were the fourth day.

THE GOD OF SEPARATION

SEPARATION BETWEEN DAYS AND NIGHTS


THE GREATER LIGHT TO RULE THE DAY

THE SMALLER LIGHT TO RULE THE NIGHT


LIGHT FOR THE DAY

LIGHT FOR THE NIGHT


THERE WAS ALWAYS GOING TO BE LIGHT


DARKNESS WAS NEVER GOING TO REIGN AGAIN

FULLY, TOTALLY, PERMANENTLY


LIGHT IS THE SYMBOL OF LIFE, BLESSINGSNIGHT IS THE SYMBOL OF DEATH, TROUBLES

Isaiah 9:2 “The people who walked in darkness Haveseen a great light; Those who dwelt in theland of the shadow of death, Upon them alight has shined.


EVEN IN THE NIGHT THERE WAS GOING BE LIGHT


EVEN IN TROUBLES THERE WAS GOING TO BE HOPE

EVEN IN DEATH THERE WAS GOING TO BE RESURECTION


THERE WAS NEVER GOING TO BE AN IMPOSSIBLE

SITUATION

THERE WILL BE NO DARKNESS IN THE DAY

BUTTHERE WILL BE LIGHT IN DARKNESS

Matthew 4:16 “The people who sat in darknesshave seen a great light, And uponthose who sat in the region andshadow of death Light has dawned.”

Ecclesiastes 3:1-8

DAYS ARE DIFFERENT FROM ONE ANOTHER

SETTLING ACCOUNTS EVERY DAY

GOD CAME TO GIVE MAN A POSSIBILITY TO REPENT


EVERY NIGHT BEFORE YOU SLEEP, YOU MUST SORT OUT YOUR RELATIONSHIP WITH GOD

BECAUSE THE END OF THE DAY IS THE END OF A PERIOD, THE END OF A

SEASON BEFORE GOD


“After these things Jesus showed Himself again to the disciples at the Sea of Tiberias, and in this way Heshowed Himself: Simon Peter, Thomas called the Twin, Nathanael of Cana in Galilee, the sons of Zebedee,and two others of His disciples were together. 3 Simon Peter said to them, "I am going fishing." They said tohim, "We are going with you also." They went out and immediately got into the boat, and that night theycaught nothing. But when the morning had now come, Jesus stood on the shore; yet the disciples did notknow that it was Jesus. Then Jesus said to them, "Children, have you any food?" They answered Him, "No."And He said to them, "Cast the net on the right side of the boat, and you will find some." So they cast, andnow they were not able to draw it in because of the multitude of fish. Therefore that disciple whom Jesusloved said to Peter, "It is the Lord!" Now when Simon Peter heard that it was the Lord, he put on his outergarment (for he had removed it), and plunged into the sea. But the other disciples came in the little boat (forthey were not far from land, but about two hundred cubits), dragging the net with fish. Then, as soon asthey had come to land, they saw a fire of coals there, and fish laid on it, and bread. Jesus said to them,"Bring some of the fish which you have just caught.“ Simon Peter went up and dragged the net to land, full oflarge fish, one hundred and fifty-three; and although there were so many, the net was not broken. Jesus saidto them, "Come and eat breakfast." Yet none of the disciples dared ask Him, "Who are You?" --knowing thatit was the Lord. Jesus then came and took the bread and gave it to them, and likewise the fish. This is nowthe third time Jesus showed Himself to His disciples after He was raised from the dead. So when they hadeaten breakfast, Jesus said to Simon Peter, "Simon, son of Jonah, do you love Me more than these?" He saidto Him, "Yes, Lord; You know that I love You." He said to him, "Feed My lambs.“ He said to him again asecond time, "Simon, son of Jonah, do you love Me?" He said to Him, "Yes, Lord; You know that I love You."He said to him, "Tend My sheep.“ He said to him the third time, "Simon, son of Jonah, do you love Me?"Peter was grieved because He said to him the third time, "Do you love Me?" And he said to Him, "Lord, Youknow all things; You know that I love You." Jesus said to him, "Feed My sheep.”

JOHN 21:1-17

THE DISCIPLES HAVE GONE BACK TO FISHING WHICH THE LORD HAD

TAKEN THEM

PETER HAD BETRAYED THE LORD!

BACKSLIDING DISCIPLES

JESUS CAME TO RESTORE THEM

HE HAD NOT GIVEN THEM UP

EARLY IN THE MORNING

JESUS CAME TO SOLVE THEIR PROBLEMS

JESUS CAME TO MEET THEIR NEEDS

JESUS CAME TO SERVE THEM

JESUS CAME TO TELL THEM ABOUT LOVE


GOD STARTS A NEW STORY WITH US EVERY MORNING BY GIVING US NEW CHANCES,

NEW OPPORTUNITIES

YOU MUST DO THE SAME WITH OTHERS


GOD DOES NOT DWELL IN OUR PAST SINS,

PAST FAILURES,

PAST WEAKNESSES


YOU MUST NOT DWELL IN THE PAST

YOU MUST NOT DWELL IN THE OFFENSES OF THE PAST

THE SINS, THE FAILURES, THE OFFENSES OF THE PAST ARE DESTRUCTIVE

TAKE OFF YOUR EYES FROM THE PAST

MOVE FORWARD

ISAIAH 43:18-19

"Do not remember the former things, Norconsider the things of old.Behold, I will do a new thing, Now it shallspring forth; Shall you not know it? I will evenmake a road in the wilderness And rivers in thedesert.”

DO NOT DWELL IN THE PAST

GOD WANTS TO START A NEW THING EVERY MORNING BUT YOU

MUST FORGET THE PAST


GOD GAVE US EYES TO KEEP LOOKING FORWARD


COME OUT OF THE PAST


DON’T ALLOW THE PAST TO DESTROY YOUR PRESENT AND

YOUR FUTUR

RISE !!!

START IN THE NEW BEGINNING WITH GOD

LAY HOLD OF THE NEW OPPORTUNITIES THAT GOD IS

OFFERING YOU

RISE !!!

DON’T GIVE UP YOURSELF WHEN GOD HAS NOT GIVEN YOU UP

RISE !!!

DO WITH OTHERS WHAT GOD IS DOING WITH YOU

GIVE OTHERS NEW OPPORTUNITIES

GIVE CHANCES ALSO TO OTHERS

YOUR HUSBAND

YOUR WIFE
