Presentation – Security TokensThe ICO boom led to conclusions that early stage finance represented the first 'killer app' for ethereum. The only problem: most of the projects were contorted to avoid SEC regulatory oversight, which also kept institutional capital on the sidelines due to uncertainty around the legality of the projects.
