Crowds can enjoy twomusic stages – the KingswayJazz and Blues Stage and theColeman Parade Latin Stage,near Bogong Ave.

Legendary rocker JoeCamilleri and the BlackSorrows will headline theKingsway Stage from 6pm.

Camilleri, one of the mostcommitted and successfulmusicians this country hasever produced, and wholaunched the Black Sorrowsin 1983, is set to be afantastic drawcard of thefestival’s entertainmentprogram.

The Black Sorrows will befollowed by an impressiveand talented line-upincluding bands fromWesley College, Sam Seeand Glynn Mason Duo,Lauren Gillard Jazz Quartet,Nilusha & Alex, LloydSpiegel, Sal Kimber and theRollin’ Wheels and JaimiFalkner.

Celebrity Chefs will demonstrate their culinary skills at the Glen Waverley Food Wine & Music Festival.A huge kitchen will be set up in Century City Walk where celebrity chefs will cook up a storm. They will be led by well known cooking personality Beverley Sutherland Smith who has been operating her Mount Waverley cooking school since 1967.

Beverley has published more than 27 cookbooks and has appeared in The Age, The Sun Herald, The Weekly Times, New Idea, among many other publications.

The festival also features celebrity chef, Shane Delia who since opening his fl agship restaurant, Maha, has appeared on many TV cooking shows, including regular segments on ‘David and Kim’s 9am’ on network Ten. These days he takes a more regular television role as part of the culinary team on network Ten’s TV hit ‘ready, steady, cook’.
