Monday, May 27, 20192047 – A female wants a

deputy to meet her at a location. She said her son is missing some things. She said a grill is missing but she didn’t know what else is

gone. She said her son has been working out of town, but she checked on the place over the weekend and everything was fine then. A deputy advised that someone broke into the vehicle. He collected evidence and left some statement forms for the complainants.

Tuesday, May 28, 20191344 – A BNSF employee

called and reported a one-car

derailment at 6th Street South in Glasgow. There are no inju-ries and no hazmat issues. The call was just for informational purposes.

1508 – A BNSF employee called and said they had two loco-motives on one train derail. She believed that this was different from the earlier reported incident. She said the locomotives are up-right and are not a hazard. They don’t need any assistance. The crossing will not be blocked. The call was just informational.

2045 – A female called and said they have a trespasser on the westbound train. The train will be stopping in Hinsdale by mile post 302 near Bench Road in about 30 minutes. The subject is about 30 cars from the front.

Wednesday, May 29, 20191226 – A male advised he re-

ceived a letter from Moyer Law Firm in Westerville, Ohio, stat-ing they have made attempts to

get in touch with him in the past and they are now going to start civil proceedings for the money he owes to Guernesy County Clerk of Court in the amount of $1,159.87. He said there is a county with that name in Ohio but he wouldn’t owe money to it. He isn’t sure if he should call them or not because he doesn’t know if this is a scam. He was advised not to do anything with the letter until he heard from someone at law enforcement. Dispatch Googled the law firm and discovered that it appeared to be an actual law firm. However, there was one Yelp review which said that they too received a let-ter of collection for a business the reviewer never owned, and when the reviewer called the law firm they said “they were doing research” to try to find the right person. She said when they knew

Glasgow School District #1A will soon destroy special education/speech-language records of former students who have been out of school for at least five (5) years.

Former students may contact Jane Kolstad at 228-2485 before August 28, 2019 if they wish to review the files or obtain copies of the information contained in them. The informa-tion to be destroyed shall not include data collected on a routine basis that is maintained on all school children (such as the student’s name, address, telephone number, grade level completed and year completed).

Parents of students still in school but not in special education for at least five (5) years may also request that their children’s records be destroyed. Parents of these students also have the right to inspect the special education records and obtain copies of the information contained in those records before they are destroyed.

The scheduled Trustee’s Sale may be postponed by public proclamation up to 15 days for any reason. In the event of a bankruptcy filing, the sale may be postponed by the Trustee for up to 120 days by public proclamation at least every 30 days.

If the Trustee is unable to convey title for any reason, the successful bidder’s sole and exclusive remedy shall be the return of monies paid to the Successor Trustee and the successful bidder shall have no further recourse.

it wasn’t her she asked if they would send her a letter stating it wasn’t her and they said no. A deputy advised the original caller contact Guernesy County Clerk of Court and go from there.

1326 – A male reported a two-vehicle accident across from Albertsons. He said there are no injuries. He is driving a blue 2015 GMC 3500.

1821 – A female reported los-ing a wheel off their pickup. They are pulling a fifth-wheel and are on the white line. She doesn’t know the mile marker, but said they are about six to eight miles east of Malta in Phillips County. They already reported it to Phil-lips County, but have been unable to contact a tow company. They will be headed eastbound.

2244 – Highway patrol ad-vised that he was at mile marker 536 on US Highway 2 with a subject walking along the road. He requested a deputy at his lo-cation because it appears that he is going to arrest the subject. He was in the process of confirming a warrant and the subject has violent tendencies.

Thursday, May 30, 20191028 – A male reported that

another male’s cows are getting into his wheat field and he isn’t going to put up with it this year. He said he got the cows out and

put them back in the other man’s pasture, but he would like him notified that this can’t go on.

1133 – A woman in St. Marie reported there is a small child in her yard that doesn’t have any parents around him. He is trying to let dogs out of the fences and running out in the street. She thinks the child may belong to a certain female, but she’s not sure. The child left the yard and was picked up by a parent.

1254 – A male reported a dog that appeared to be overheating in a vehicle. He said the white minivan is in the parking lot. The caller was unable to give a plate number but said you can see the dog in the vehicle barking. A responding officer reported that the minivan was gone.

1437 – A male reported the neighbors at the end of the street drive at a high rate of speed all the time. He said this has been going on for five or six years. He said two days ago, his dog was hit in the road. He can’t say for sure it was them, but he can’t think of anyone else who would do it as everyone else drives five to 10 mph. He said if he needs to get signatures of other residents he is sure that won’t be a problem because everyone is tired of it. The caller would like to speak with someone about the issue.

1527 – A caller reported that someone spilled a bunch of vehicle oil. The caller was on a motorcycle and had to be care-

ful going through it. An officer advised that he had seen it and wasn’t concerned about it. He said it appeared that someone just topped off their tank too much with diesel fuel and it spilled when they turned. No need to call anyone out.

1637 – A deputy reported that there is a vehicle stranded on the north side of the underpass. He was unable to stop and assist because he is going to meet with the judge. The vehicle owner called and said her blue and white Chevy pickup broke down. She thinks the transmission went out. She has someone coming to help her move it. She eventually had to utilize a tow truck.

1804 – A Daniels County undersheriff requested assistance with a domestic. The subject was trying to hit a woman with a tire iron as well as trying to hit her and her brother-in-law with his hands. The woman is running around trying to get away from him. They have an officer re-sponding and they are going to call Border Patrol to see if they can help. A deputy responded and a male was arrested and trans-ported to the Valley County Jail.

Friday, May 31, 20191227 – A male called and

reported he dropped a lit ciga-rette down into the crawl space. He said it is smoking. He stated he has a hose in there, but he can’t get it out. Law enforce-ment, the fire department and

EMS all responded. The fire was extinguished and the residence was turned back over to the ho-meowner.

Saturday, June 1, 20191044 – A female called and

said they need a red car moved as they are trying to set up bouncy houses and it’s in the way.

1144 – A female said her stove top is cracked. She has smelled burning wires all night. She has tried to call an electrician, but it’s the weekend and cannot get a hold of anyone. The stove was disabled.

1934 – A St. Marie male reported a white Dodge truck, mid 90s, racing around, driving erratically and too fast for the area. An officer was unable to locate the vehicle.

2252 – A female reported that a male is at her house threatening to kick in her door. She would like an officer to remove him. An officer advised that this is a civil issue. When the woman was advised of this, she said he threatens her and punches holes in the walls. She was advised to call VWA Jones at the GPD dur-ing business hours.

2257 – A male hit a cow and another car also hit it as they passed him heading north. He has a Chevy Silverado and has major damage, but it is still driv-able. He drove south to St. Marie so he could get cell service, but returned to the scene. There is also a red car sitting there that hit the cow. He said the other car is north a ways, may have had the airbags deploy and may need an ambulance. EMS was paged. A tow truck moved the cow off the road and has the pickup loaded up. The car is on the east side of the highway on an approach. The driver’s father will come get the car tomorrow. The livestock inspector was contacted about the accident and the death of the cow.

Sunday, June 2, 20191131 – A male called and

requested the fire department for a controlled burn that has gotten away from him. Fire ex-tinguished.

1252 – A female caller re-ported a black car with a white sticker in the back left window with a multi-colored license plate passed her about eight miles west of Glasgow on a double yellow line on a hill by a bridge. They are headed eastbound and are by Earl’s Body Shop. She is willing to sign a complaint. She called back and advised they are at the stop sign by the Montana Bar still going east. The other driver went on in the direction of Fort Peck. The caller is in a white Escalade behind the vehicle. She called again to report that they were driving by Kittleson’s. She reported she could see the officer behind her.

1509 – A male called in a fire in the wrecking yard. Thomp-son’s are there putting water on it. Fire extinguished.

1812 – A deputy called and requested a check on a male out of Arizona. The male pulled up where two subjects had a flat tire and the deputy could smell alco-hol on his breath. He requested another deputy to his location. An arrest was made.

The Beneficiary has declared a default in the terms of said Deed of Trust due to Grantor’s failure to make monthly payments beginning September 1, 2018, and each month subsequent, which monthly installments would have been applied on the principal and interest due on said obligation and other charges against the property or loan. By reason of said default, the Ben-eficiary has declared all sums owing on the obligation secured by said Trust Deed immediately due and payable. The total amount due on this obligation is the principal sum of $76,901.53, interest in the sum of $2,379.19, escrow advances of $3,087.44, other amounts due and payable in the amount of $1,065.90 for a total amount owing of $83,434.06, plus accruing interest, late charges, and other fees and costs that may be incurred or advanced.

Beneficiary has elected, and has directed the Trustee to sell the above described property to satisfy the obligation.

The sale is a public sale and any person, including the Beneficiary, excepting only the Trustee, may bid at the sale. The bid price must be paid immediately upon the close of bidding in cash or cash equivalents (valid money orders, certified checks or cashier’s checks). The conveyance will be made by Trustee’s Deed, without any representation or warranty, including warranty of title, express or implied, as the sale is made strictly on an as-is, where-is basis, without limitation, the sale is being made subject to all existing conditions, if any, of lead paint, mold or other environmental or health hazards. The Grantor, successor in interest to the Grantor, or any other person having an interest in the property, has the right, at any time prior to the Trustee’s Sale, to pay to the Beneficiary, or the successor in interest to the Beneficiary, the entire amount then due under the Deed of Trust and the obligation secured thereby (including costs and expenses actually incurred and attorney’s fees) other than such portion of the principal as would not then be due had no default occurred and by curing any other default complained of herein that is capable of being cured by tendering the performance required under the obligation or to cure the default, by paying all costs and expenses actually incurred in enforcing the obligation and Deed of Trust with Suc-cessor Trustee’s and attorney’s fees. In the event that all defaults are cured the foreclosure will be dismissed and the foreclosure sale will be canceled.

The scheduled Trustee’s Sale may be postponed by public proclamation up to 15 days for any reason. In the event of a bankruptcy filing, the sale may be postponed by the Trustee for up to 120 days by public proclamation at least every 30 days.

If the Trustee is unable to convey title for any reason, the successful bidder’s sole and exclusive remedy shall be the return of monies paid to the Successor Trustee and the successful bidder shall have no further recourse.
