We loved the story of the Gingerbread Man so much that we decided to make our own gingerbread man. You won’t believe what happened!

We added the mix.

We added the water.

We used our muscles… We used our muscles…

We stirred and stirred and stirred and stirred.

We turned him into a Gingerbread Man… We turned him into a Gingerbread Man…

We spooned out the dough.

We added some candy.

He’s done!

Time to bake him…Time to bake him…

We put him in the oven.

We hope he stays there!

Oh no…Oh no…

He left us a note.He’s gone!

Let’s go find him!

We went to the office.

Run, run,As fast as you can.You can’t catch me,I’m the Gingerbread Man!

We went to the nurse. We went to the library.

We went to the Lost-and-Found.

We are going to catch him!

The search…

We went to the pool.

We chased him all over the school…

We went to the guard house.

He ran down the street.

But we couldn’t catch him!

But he left us a treat.
