New Delhi, the 8th March, 1995

S.O. 142(12).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clausefj) of article 77 of the Constitution, the President herehvmakes (ho following rules further to aemnd the Governmentof India (Allocation of Business) Rules, 1961, namely :—

1. (1) These; rules may be called the Government of India(Allocation of Business) (Two bundled and twenty-eighthAmendment) Rules, 1995.

(2) They shall come into force at once.2. Tn the Government of India (Allocation of Business)

Rules, 1961,—

(1) in the First Schedule-fa) under the heading "Ministiv of Civil Supplies,
