Weconductedasurveyof500endusersinNorthAmerica;askingthem9questionstodeterminetheleveloftechnologyintheirofficeworkplacesandhowtheyfeltthistechnologyimpactedontheirabilitytoworkproductively.Thisreportpresentsthosefindingsalongsidecurrentandhistoricalresearchintoofficeproductivity;toproduceanin-depthviewofwhatcuttingedgeofficeenvironmentswilllooklikeoverthenext5years.
