Conference description COST Action TD1203 (EUBIS) in collaboration with Wageningen UR Food & Biobased Research, proudly present the international showcase of world-leading food waste valorisation research. Covering all stages of the supply chain and a vast range of disciplines, this two-day event will provide a wide-ranging overview of the impacts of improved utilisation of food waste. Highlighting cutting-edge industrial techniques and academic breakthroughs, the conference will explore the opportunities for food supply chain waste valorisation to accelerate the European bioeconomy through a range of talks, panel discussions and exhibitions.
