  • The following sample slides are from two different presentations I created on telephone communications. Slide 3 has hyperlinks embedded to allow the user to advance to that part of the presen- tation. Use the arrow key to return to the Table of Contents. Slides 5 and 6 are samples of slides where I created the graphics using the art tools available in PowerPoint and added narration. To make the steps graphic, I used Group (Format tab) to keep the steps together and move as one object on the slide. (Advance to Slide 7 for information about creating a game or quiz.)

  • The next set of slides is an interactive example of a quiz or game you can create. It requires setting up a series of hyperlinks within your presentation so that the user can go back with ease. The first two boxes under The Communi- cations Process Tab are active. Click the 10 pt. and then the 15 pt. questions and try answering them. Use the back arrow to return to the game and/or advance to the Score slide. Return to Slide 2
