ACCOMMODATION

GENERAL: SAINT NICOLAS sleeps twelve in Owner’s party plus two additional staff in six double staterooms plus a two-person staff stateroom for a total of fourteen in Owner’s party. She sleeps seventeen crew in seven upper and lower berth staterooms plus an additional three in a triple stateroom. Captains stateroom is on the bridge deck level and sleeps two. Her very rich interior is a timeless blend of cherry, mahogany, walnut and fruit wood burls, juxtaposed with marbles, onyx and granite and surrounded by cream colored furnishings. An elevator services all five decks from the lower to the upper deck and she has a lovely swimming pool. Tenders are in side garages. Her German built Lurssen pedigree speaks for itself. ACCOMMODATIONS SUN DECK: Forward in the sun, there are seven reclining loungers facing forward or aft, and three built in sofas facing forward around coffee tables for additional lounging. Shaded under the mast and protected from the wind by glass panels are four additional loungers, a sofa and a Techno Gym treadmill and elliptical machine for the outside gym space. UPPER DECK: All the way forward on the upper deck is the observation salon and lounge with TV under the seventeen windows and a U-shaped couch ideal for comfortable lounging that looks forward. There is door access out to the forward deck area. Open to the upper deck lounge aft which is down two steps, this space is fantastic with many large windows and excellent light. The glass elevator and central staircase arrive in the forward part of this salon. There is a bar with stools to port and a large casual dining area opposite to starboard. Note that previously, the enclosed gym was in this area with four machines on the starboard side, replaced by the present dining area. There is a day head in the aft starboard corner with internal access.

Proceed out to the pool deck. There is a U-shaped bar with four bar stools forward of the swimming pool, and there are four bar stools in the pool as a swim ups to the bar! The pool is 6m (20 feet) long and can be shaded by electric louvres. There is a BBQ and china storage to port and four chaise loungers either side ahead of built in settees and couches which have coffee tables nearby. There is ample space for an outside dining table and chairs for twelve. BRIDGE DECK: The wheelhouse is forward behind the Portugese bridge. There is a central chart island in the wheelhouse and forward-facing settees with tables both port and starboard. The ships office and audio-visual room is aft to starboard and Captain’s cabin with queen berth is opposite to port. There is a large pantry further aft to port, the central staircase, glass elevator and day head are on the centerline. A VIP stateroom with queen bed, lots of windows and an en-suite bathroom with two sinks and a shower is opposite to starboard. The full beam bridge deck salon or sky lounge is further aft with conversational couch settings either side and large screen TV on the forward bulkhead, as well as an additional TV in a central chest for starboard side viewing and bookcases on the aft bulkhead. There is a bar aft to starboard with six stools and easy chairs opposite to port. The dining room with circular table and fourteen chairs around is further aft and opens with sliding glass doors to the aft bridge deck area. Outside there is comfortable seating all around aft and a teak dining table for twelve plus, completely covered for shade. MAIN DECK: All the way forward is the forward-facing Owner’s observation salon, ideal as a private massage room, which is three steps up from the full beam aft facing king-sized Owners stateroom which also has a sofa to port, chaise lounge and corner desk to starboard an entertainment center on the aft bulkhead. The owner’s bathroom is further aft with his and her sinks, his and her toilet rooms, hers with a bidet, a central Jacuzzi tub in the middle of the bathroom and her vanity area to port. There is a separate shower to starboard and a private closet to port. There are hanging lockers on the starboard side including a full walk in. The owner’s office is aft to starboard. The owner’s lobby is further aft. Access is through a secure automatic sliding door.

The main ships galley is centrally located on the port side with an island, refrigeration and a dry store room. The galley adjoins a large service pantry. The main deck lobby has the glass elevator and central staircase as well as an additional day bathroom. The main dining room for twelve or fourteen is ahead of the main salon and separated by a bulkhead with service areas and china storage underneath. The spacious main salon has various seating arrangements by way of couches and easy chairs and a self-playing Steinway piano in the aft port corner. There is a stand-up bar forward. The enormous main deck aft has various couches and easy chairs and a comfortable U-shaped sofa all the way aft. There is dual staircase access down to the swim platform on both port and starboard sides.

LOWER DECK: There are seven double crew staterooms forward as well as one triple crew stateroom. All crew cabins have en suite heads with showers. Further aft through a crew service corridor are port and starboard guest suites, each with sofas, desks and aft facing queen sized berths and en suite bathrooms with WC and bidets in a separate room and walk in hanging lockers. The glass enclosed elevator and central staircase is centered. Opposite to starboard is a staff stateroom with en suite bathroom with shower and upper and lower berths. Opposite to port is the private crew entrance to the guest area with small laundry for guest use and a side loading or service door therein. Further aft are two additional guest suites, each with convertible sofas for an extra berth, desks and aft facing queen sized berths and en suite bathrooms with two sinks, WC and bidets in a separate room and walk in hanging lockers. Each of the aft suites also has an easy chair and side table. The engine room, engineers control room, workshop and day head for crew are all further aft ahead of the tender garages housing the two 8m (26’) tenders, three Sea Doo’s and various

other water sports equipment, launched through port and starboard doors. There is centerline access to the deep comfortable swim platform and a day head at this level as well.

TANK DECK: The tank deck has huge volume and has the hi fog room forward, proper sized laundry full beam aft with dry store, linen store, medical store and hospital and refrigeration and freezer rooms further aft. There is also an AC room, refrigerated garbage room, central elevator access, crew desk and a massive crew mess, crew lounge and crew pantry/galley area. There is also a crew gym adjacent, all ahead of voluminous easily accessed technical spaces.
