If I renew my ‘Prestige’ or ‘Signature’ level membership, will I get the miles again?

Yes, the miles will be credited each year at payment of the membership fee.

Can I attend all events with all memberships?

Yes, events are open to all members, regardless of membership tier. The same is true for many member privileges.

I am interested in the ‘Signature’ membership, how can I get it?

The Signature level will only be awarded to members we know personally.Please get in touch with support@asw.com if you are interested.

Which airline partners do you have and how many miles can I get?

Currently, you can choosefrom Miles & More or Etihad for the ‘Prestige’ membership tier, which comes with 250,000 miles.The ‘Signature’ membership tier o�ers Etihad miles only, but it comes with 1,000,000 miles.

What are my payment options?

How long will the privileges of the Prestige and Signature memberships be valid?

‘Prestige’ and ‘Signature’ status privileges will be valid for 12 months, from the time you start your membership. After one year, you can choose to renew your membership, in which case you will keep your privileges for another year. If you choose not to renew your ASMALLWORLD membership, your status privileges will lapse.

How long will my Miles & More or Etihad Guest miles be valid?

Your Miles & More Award Miles will have a duration of 3 years if you have no status with Miles & More. If you have a Frequent Traveller status or higher, they will remain valid for as long as you keep your status. Etihad Guest Miles are valid for a period of 3 years.
