The European and Mediterranean Plant Protection Organization (EPPO): Invasive Alien Plants Rob Tanner, EPPO Working Group Invasive Alien Species (WGIAS) The EPPO Panel on Invasive Alien Plants Created in 2002 with the following tasks: 1) To provide information on IAPs for the EPPO region 2) To conduct studies on risk analysis for IAPs 3) To recommend measures to prevent the introduction and spread of IAPs 4) To recommend management measures About 20 Panel members nominated by the National Plant Protection Organization of their countries.
