JOINT COMMUNIQUE CONCERNING THE ESTABLISHMENT OF DIPLOMATIC RELATIONS BETWEEN THE ROYAL GOVERNMENT OF BHUTAN AND THE GOVERNMENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA The Royal Government of Bhutan and the Government of the Republic of lndonesia, DESIRING to promote and strengthen ties of friendship and cooperation between the two countries and people on the basis of equality, mutual respect for each other's sovereignty, independence and territorial integrity as well as non-interference in the internal affairs of each other. GUIDED, by the principles and purposes of the Charter of the United Nations and the Vienna Convention on Diplomatic Relations 1961 . HAVE DECIDED to establish diplomatic relations at the ambassadorial level, as of the date of the signing of this Joint Communiqu6. The accreditation of their respective ambassadors will be subject to further agreement. Pemerintah Kerajaan Bhutan dan Pemerintah Republik lndonesia,
BERKEINGINAN, untuk meningkatkan dan memperkokoh hubunganpersahabatan dan kerja sama antara kedua negara dan bangsa berdasarkanpersamaan derajat, saling menghormati kedaulatan, kemerdekaan danintegritas wilayah, serta tidak mencampuri urusan dalam negeri masing-masing.
BERDASARKAN prinsip-prinsip dan tujuan-tujuan Piagam PerserikatanBangsa-Bangsa dan Konvensi Wina tahun 1961 tentang Hubungan Diplomatik.
MEMUTUSKAN untuk membuka hubungan diplomatik pada tingkatkedutaan besar, sejak tanggal ditandatanganinya Komunike Bersama ini.
AKREDITASI masing-masing Duta Besar akan diatur dalam persetujuanlebih lanjut.
DIBUAT di New York pada tanggal 15 bulan Desember tahun 2011,dalam bahasa lndonesia, Dzongkha dan lnggris, semua naskah mempunyaikekuatan hukum yang sama.
