Christmas packages to meet all your wishesWhile you look out over the incredible views that stretch from the Brisbane CBD to Mount Coot-tha, we’ll serve delicious cocktails and chef-prepared cuisine to delight your guests. Whether you prefer canapés or long-table dining, it’s your celebration, your way.

A dedicated events co-ordinator will take you from planning to event, making sure all your needs are met every step of the way. We can help with:

• Designing the menu• Private car or coach transport• Booking accommodation (see page 6)• Acustomdancefloor• Access to guest lounge area• Private terrace• Setting of a long table for up to 40 guests or cocktail for up to 60 guests.

Lunch and Dinner Menu Two-course meal plus two-hour Beverage Package from $99pp

Select either an entrée and main, or a main and dessert. You also have the option to upgrade to a three-hour House Beverage Package from $110pp.

Three-course meal plus four-hour Beverage Package from $140pp

Enjoy a three-course meal of entrée, main and dessert plus a four-hour House Beverage Package.

Christmas Lunch and Dinner PackagesWe provide an ‘alternate drop-plated’ service which means two dishes chosen by you are served alternately around the table.

A minimum of 30 guests are required and conditions apply. Dietary requirements can be applied to your menu and menu options are interchangeable.
