Savings : -192.390 kWh (= 55 households)

Families with savings: : 80%

Average savings: 12,6%

Conclusion

Targets of the project have been fulfilled

10% - 15 % of savings with energy consulting realistic

No loss of comfort or high investments were mentioned

Willingness for investment mainly for electric appliances

No significant influence of smart meter over the period

Very high savings sometimes caused by “special

effects”

Precondition: saving 5% or more and monthly electricity accounting

Lower Austria bet:

Every 4 month you can win a bottle of wine or LED lamps in a lottery if you reach your goal

Regions families within a can form region teams they can challenge each other and also win non-cash prizes
