Dear Lord, as we face our opponents, may we compete our hearts out and give 100% effort on the court,
track, or field. May we be good sportsmen and women to our opponents before, during, and after the
meets, and empower us to overcome every challenge we will face. We ask this through Christ, our Lord.
Amen. (Author unknown)
