Part One - The Six Kingdoms

Biologists have created six kingdoms into which all known living things can be grouped.

You are to do the following:

• Identify the six kingdoms.

• List the identifying characteristics of each kingdom.

• Identify at least 3 examples of organisms that are members of each kingdom.

Part Two - The Animal Kingdom

The Animal Kingdom is divided into 9 major phyla.

You are to do the following:

• Identify the nine phyla.

• List the identifying characteristics of each phylum.

• Identify at least 3 examples of animals that are members of each phylum.

You report should be done on a word processor.

Please compile information and then type your report. Do not just cut and paste.

The length of the report is not measured in words or pages. Did you answer all the questions?

Pictures are optional, but they do dress up a report.

The report is worth 100 points, the same as a test.
