The Purpose of the Liver

The liver works by producing bile. It converts glucose into glycogen, and keeps your body core temperature at 27 degrees Celsius. If your liver fails then your blood stream will build up with toxins and you could certainly almost die.

The main purpose of the liver is that it cleans the blood and releases the bile from the system.

Prevention• You can prevent this problem by avoiding fatty

foods, and avoiding having a large meal late at night as you will have a large amount of undigested food and acid in your stomach.

• You could try eating a slice of fresh pineapple after meals to ease the symptoms and to ensure that the nutrients required for digestive functions are present. Take a good multivitamin and mineral supplement.
