Foot surgeon

• diagnose ulcers• determine wound

care and further treatment

• referring to relevant research

Nurse:

• Mapping the wound(s)• Wound treatment

(debridement)

• Sampling• Information to the

patients• Convey information to the

home care and nursing homes

• Coordinate wound care

Orthotist:

• find appropriate ways to relieve vulnerable pressure points

• adjusts the soles and orthoses
