AGENDA

• * marks a new item on a tab

• By default, Dashboard will open if there is a new

item upon login; icon will also flash

• Enable tabs & set notification rules in Dashboard

options

Navigating the Dashboard

• If your user account has been included on a notification rule, then this section will appear at the top of the tab list

• Examples of notifications:

• creation/modification of a booking

• service order

• new web user

• VIP event

• user defined field

Notifications

• A reminder is a comment that

has a due date associated with

it. The Reminders tab displays

all the reminders for which you

are the responsible user and

that, by default, have a due

date through the current day’s

date.

• Example: Follow-up reminder

for a reservation

Reminders

• Displays any reservation that was submitted through the Web App for any everyday user process template that is set to self-serve mode

• Can view by status, date, or building

• Click on reservation to open it in Navigator

• Example: Reservations of first-come first-serve study rooms

Everyday User Reservations

• Displays any reservation that was submitted through the Web App for any request made by a guest (or unauthenticated user)• A request that has not been

processed has a status of “pending”

• Search by status, building, area/view, or specific room

• Process, print, or delete a guest request

• Example: An external customer without an everyday user account requests to rent space at your facility

Guest Requests

• Monitor waitlisted reservations

• Indicates when requested room

is available

• View by status, building, or

area/view

• Click Go To to open the

reservation

• Example: Managing wedding

venue wait lists

Wait List

• Displays reservations that have been booked in a status that requires the Reconfirm Date option

• View by status, building, or certain dates

• Example: Tentative reservations several months into the future

Reconfirm Dates

• Displays reservations that occur outside of configured building hours

• View by status, building, area/view, or certain date ranges

• Can click on a reservation to open in Navigator

• Example: Security wants to know if there are any after hours events

Building Hours Exceptions

• Provide quick access to

queries that have been

defined using the Query

Builder and to which

you have access as a

user

• Can run the queries

from this tab

Analytics

• Quick access to high-level statistics for events at your organization, campus, or facility

• Statistics by:• Category

• Event type

• Group type

• Reservation source

• Room type

• Status
