KEYNES) (ON-STREET STANDARD RATE PAY AND DISPLAY PARKING PLACESAND VARIOUS PERMITS) ORDER 2002) VARIATION ORDER 2008

The Council of the Borough of Milton Keynes ("the Council") in exercise of the powers ofthe said Council under Sections 45, 46, 49, 53 and Part IV of Schedule 9 of the RoadTraffic Regulation Act 1984 ("the Act of 1984") and of all other enabling powers and afterconsultation with the chief officer of police in accordance with Part Ill of Schedule 9 herebymakes the following Order: -

PART I

IMPLEMENTATION, CITATION AND DEFINITIONS

This Order shall come into operation on the 13th day of June 2008 and may be citedas "The Council of the Borough of Milton Keynes (The Council of the Borough ofMilton Keynes (Central Milton Keynes) (On-Street Standard Rate Pay and DisplayParking Places and Various Permits) Order 2002) Variation Order 2008".

2. Any reference in this Order to any enactment shall be construed as a reference tothat enactment as amended by any subsequent enactment.

3. The plans annexed to this Order identify the lengths of road subject to this Order,provided that where there is any inconsistency between the plans and the Articles itis the wording of the Articles which shall prevail.

4. The plans annexed to this Order are hereby annexed to The Council of theBorough of Milton Keynes (Central Milton Keynes) (On-Street Standard Rate Payand Display Parking Places and Various Permits) Order 2002 and form part of theOrder.

PART 2

VARIATIONS

5. The Council of the Borough of Milton Keynes (Central Milton Keynes) (On-StreetStandard Rate Pay and Display Parking Places and Various Permits) Order 2002("The Principal Order") is varied as provided by the following provisions of thisOrder:-

The following items are revoked from Schedule I Part A and inserted into ScheduleI Part B of the Principal Order:- Items PS6b, PS6c, PS6d, PS6e, PS6f, PS6g,PS6h, PS22a, PS22b PS22c, PS22d, PS22e, PS22f and PS22g.

6. The following items are revoked from Schedule 1 Part B and inserted into Schedule1 Part A of the Principal Order :- Items PS9a, PS9b, PS9c, PS9g, PS9h, PSI Oa,PSIOb, PSIOc, PSIOd, PS1Oe, PSIOf, PSIOg, PS12, PS13a, PS13b, PSI3c,PSI3d, PS17a, PSI7b, PSI7g, PSI5b, and PSI5d.
