OCCUPANCY
• Hotel unencumbered
• Buyer contracts directly with freeholder, Kayboo Ltd

• Ownership based on a 999 year lease
• Room Rate £225 per night year round (increasing by 5% per annum)
• Phase 2 needs only 45% occupancy to pay returns
• Hotel averages 60% occupancy

• 26th Fractions of suites at £17,000 per fraction
• 9% Fixed Returns for 5 years (from day 1 of purchase)
