One completed classroom in the Teacher Education Building financed by both Cong. Yevgeny Emano of the 2nd District of Misamis Oriental and Cong. Rufus B. Rodriguez of the 2nd District of Cagayan de Oro.
The Center for Lifelong Education (CLE) was repaired to increase hall capacity from 100-150 persons charged against College Income.
Enhanced laboratory equipment and facilities in Food Technology, Environmental Engineering, Animal Science, and Crop Science programs through the CHED Disbursement Acceleration Program (DAP) worth P3,227,497.

ICT Equipment Enhancement from Capital Outlay of GAA – P3.55M.
The Margaja Resources Development Corporation (MRDC) turned over to MOSCAT its donation of a portable weather station.
The collaborative project on Mushroom Production Technology Transfer between MOSCAT and South Korean universities (Chungbuk National University and Korea National College of Agriculture and Fisheries) and KOICA had gained the College state-of-the-art laboratory facilities for mushroom spawn production worth P2.5M.
Renovation of New Homemaking Building from MOOE – P1M
Implemented a P2.99M grant from CHED-HEDF for the Solar Power Project

Started the implementation for the Dairy Development Project from CHED-Growth Areas in Agriculture and Fisheries worth P10M.
Constructed Phase 1 of the Covered Walk from donations of stakeholders.
Repainted the MOSCAT Auditorium from donations of College Officials, Students, philanthrophists and Cong. Rufus B. Rodriguez and Cong. Maxi B. Rodriguez.

Last Aug. 15-17, 2013 MOSCAT IET Food Technology and HRM students joined in the yearly KUMBIRA 2013 Competition at LimKetKai Center, CDO. There were 32 SUC's that competed in the various skills. MOSCAT won in the following:
Table Floral Certerpiece- Gold Award participated by Remy John S. Tizo and Jaylord Alvin Mayormita;
Kakanin- Gold Award participated by Irish Madjos and Amelyn Llemit;
Cake Decorating- Bronze Medal participated by Chairmaine Gayloa and Flordemae Dagasuhan.

C. Extension Services
A number of extension activities were conducted in 2011 and 2012. These activities highlighted the College’s presence in the community as a source of agriculture information and expertise. The extension program of the College was designed to be responsive to the needs of the community and its intended clientele. Several agriculture related skills training, seminar and fora were conducted and about 671 (in 2011) and 573 (2012) farmers, professionals and students were benefited.

Significant Events Highlights from 1st and 2nd quarters of 2013:
The College President attended the third session of the ECML an executive training for SUC Presidents conducted by the Development Academy of the Philippines at the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Ortigas, Pasig City on January 3-6, 2013.
The Dairy Team of MOSCAT, headed by the College President attended the 16th National Dairy Congress and Expo 2013 in Bacolod City on February 8-9, 2013.
