ALBERT CITY HALL Recommendations and Implementation Plan The content of the ITS Strategic Plan led to the development of the Implementaon Plan which details the first 5 years of projects, specifically: Short term (2018 – 2020) Medium term (2020 – 2023) Project summaries were developed for all 16 of these projects. Traffic management, traveller informaon and safety were the top priority projects. Long term projects were examined with paragraphs describing each.
