9. Secure Training and Coaching for the Planter.

a. Bootcamp Equipping Lab – Church Coaching Solutions (other groups too) – must contain segment on Restoration Movement Theology.

b. Church Plant Coach-Mentor – Successful experience and training in “Coaching” (CCS).

c. Stadia Planters – Project Management Guide – Passion 4 Planting (required if Stadia provides funds).

10. Get the Planter on the Ground.

a. Planter should move to location six months before launch (most launches only need six months).

b. Planter should go to Equipping Lab shortly after he is hired, even before moving to location.

11. Get the Plant to Share the Vision with Partner

Churches.

a. Helps Network Churches “buy in” to project.

b. Helps surface launch team members.

c. May not be viable if Network Church are far apart.
