Reading the Bible Through in 2020 Last call for daily Bible Readers for 2020! We have 75 signed up to read the Bible through this year! Just need 15 more! If you are reading it and haven’t signed up, please do so. If you would like to start, it’s still not too late. You will get an email each month to urge you on in your study and see who is still on pace! Please sign up today and begin this exciting jour-ney through God’s Word!

Sweet Heart Banquet All couples are invited to enjoy an evening of fun, food, and fellowship at the Sweetheart Banquet on Saturday, February 15, 5:30pm. It will be in the Youth Center. Use the Food Pantry entrance. Come a little early to get your picture made. There is a sign-up sheet on the bulletin board in the foyer. The cost is $25 per couple, and the deadline to sign-up is Sun-day, February 9. Give your money to Kerri Reeder.

Healing Hearts (Widows Ministry) Ladies, please volunteer to be a CAREPARTNER by adopting a widow for one year. It’s an opportunity to get to know and encourage one of our 40 widows! You will be able to select a widow in the vestibule on Sunday morning, January 19th. If you have questions about how the ministry works or want to keep the widow who you have now, see Judia Gentry or Peggy Medlin.

Building Fund We have 56 of the 150 envelopes that have been taken for January. If you have not yet picked one up for this month, please do so today. We need all those taken each month to make the proper payments on the loan. We appreciate all your help!

Baja Mission Trip 2020 We do construction projects, medical clinic, VBS, and benevolent visits as we work with the Colonet Church of Christ. It is a week like no other! Our goal is to spread the love and the good news of Jesus to the people of Baja. We have our team just about complete, but would love to include you! The date is July 10-17. You must turn in an application and pay a $75 deposit by the February 9th meeting. See me, Wes, Tiffany, Charles or Wayne if you have any questions.

BOX TOPS for Education has changed! They will still accept the cut out box tops that you can place in the box in the foyer as usual but, they are also transitioning to an online scanning version. If you have receipts that have purchased box top items and would like for us to scan, you can give them to Scott Jefcoat or Amanda Street. This is a great and easy way to help our Sycamore Elementary School.
