Dear Friends of The Christian Worldview,

It doesn’t seem like a stretch to conclude that a tectonic shift is taking place in America.

The year started predictably enough with Democrats continuing their crusade to remove President Trump from office by whatever fake or flimsy means necessary. What few knew during the impeachment proceedings in January was that a virus originating in China was spreading across the globe and would change life as we know it.

For those bent on “fundamentally transforming the United States of America”, as former President Obama proclaimed, COVID-19 was a crisis not to be wasted to advance God-rejecting, big-government socialism.

Leftist politicians and “experts”, aided by partner propagandists in the media, caused confusion and fear with wildly divergent opinions on lethality, masks, and treatments. In order to keep us “safe”, government ordered shutdowns of schools, businesses, and public gatherings, including churches.

Not surprisingly, the economy stalled, businesses folded, and many lost their jobs. In response, politicians pumped trillions of dollars to businesses and workers to keep them from going backrupt, driving the country even deeper into debt.

On Memorial Day, in the midst of the pandemic, another “crisis “ arose when a white police officer in Minneapolis arrested a black man named George Floyd for passing a $20 counterfeit bill at a grocery store. When Floyd acted erratically and resisted arrest, allegedly from the influence of drugs, the officer restrained him face down on the street, pressing his knee into the back of Floyd’s neck for over eight minutes until an ambulance arrived.

Floyd died in police custody. Video of the incident spread like wildfire, leading to months of protests, looting, burning, and murder in cities across America. Before a trial could be conducted, a verdict was concluded: America is “systemically racist”.

Black Lives Matter, a Marxist organization which aims “to disrupt the Western-prescribed nuclear family,” led the uprising along with Antifa, an anarchist-Communist organization known for intimidation and violence. “Black Lives Matter” and “Defund

the Police” signs popped up everywhere, with even professing Christians lending their sympathies and support.

The country now had widespread social unrest in addition to a health pandemic.

In an election year, Democrats recognized that these crises could be used to gain power to impose their socialist schemes. With the virus, voting in person was easily sold as “unsafe”, thus paving the way for Democrats to organize tens of millions of mail-in ballots. The unprecedented number of mail-in ballots tipped the presidential election to Democrat Joe Biden and his running mate, Kamala Harris, who is rated the most liberal U.S. Senator, even to the left of Democratic Socialist Bernie Sanders.

Irregular voting patterns and eyewitness testimony has led to allegations of election fraud. President Trump and his supporters are hoping to reverse the outcome of the election through the courts. It’s an uphill battle but one that needs to be fought to ensure that our elections are fair. Otherwise, we have lost our constitutional republic.

We’ve never had a more fast-paced year on the radio program. So much is happening so quickly and all of it needs to be examined from the only perspective that matters—God’s. A truth war is raging and Satan is a skilled liar. He and those under his influence are deft at making evil appear good.

The unregenerate, being “dead in their trespasses and sins” (Ephesians 2:1), are easily led astray. That’s why we proclaim the saving gospel of Jesus Christ, which is the only way the eyes of the spiritually blind can be opened. Even the regenerate—believers and the church—are influenced by all the lies. That’s why every topic is grounded in the truth of Scripture.

Christians should expect turbulent times ahead, especially if Joe Biden and Democrats take power. Laws and policies that oppose God will accelerate and uncompromising Christians will be marginalized and persecuted. And yet we can rest assured that God is using the schemes of the wicked to advance His plans, which will result in the return of His Son to judge and to reign!

No one knows when that will happen. So in the meantime, we are committed to standing firm on God’s Word, relying on His Spirit, praying at all times, and encouraging listeners to do the same. We aim to “think biblically and live accordingly” and proclaim the saving gospel of Christ.
