The children showed resilience, teamwork, bravery, problem-solving skills and much more. Fears were conquered and a brilliant time was had by all. From the giant swing to archery, raft building to trapeze, and caving to climbing, the children loved every minute and we are all so proud of their behaviour and their achievements! Brockhole trip We had a wonderful trip to Brockhole (who were amazing to fit us in at the last minute). Archery, minibeast hunts, mini golf and the adventure playground were real hits and the children had a fabulous day. Just the right weather for an ice cream treat as well! Our butterflies were released this week - thank youto the Kilbys for babysitting them over the holidays.Hopefully there will be more Painted Ladybutterflies around school in the future.

We have started our new topic - How did we learnhow to fly? We have a hot air balloon in the outdoorarea for the children to fly to their location of choiceand have learned about the story of Icarus'sdisastrous attempt at flying.

If you have not sent suntan cream into school, please make sure it comesclearly labelled. Hopefully we will need it frequently over the coming weeks.
