Who is he?He is a thirty-six year old police officer with the personality of a twelve-year old. He is extremely lazy when it comes to do work, but becomes energetic when it comes to earn money. He is very fond  of  playing  video  games  and  making  plastic  models  and eventually  end  up  spending  all  his  salary  in  all  this  stuff (sometimes in horse-racing) in other to beg before his colleagues for food. He always wears a pair of ratty sandals even in uniform, and  he  makes  his  rounds  on  a  creaky  old  bicycle.  Despite  his undisciplined  lifestyle,  he  possesses  superhuman  strength  and stamina, which he is forced to depend on at times.
