Summary of the story:

One day, Anna and Tom were very bored. They asked their mum and dad about something they could do. Their mum suggested that they could go camping. They looked at a map and decided to go to a camping site in Upton. It was near the beach. All the family started to look for the camping things. For example, the sleeping bag, the sleeping mat, the camping stove, the tent….. etc. They put the camping things in the car and went. While they were driving, they stopped near a park and had a picnic. Then, they got into the car and went to the camping site in Upton.

The camping site was very nice. Anna and Tom were very happy. But, they couldn't find the tent. Their dad made a shelter. Anna, Tom and mum helped him. Then, they couldn't find the camping stove. Anna and Tom made a fire. They ate and went to bed. In the morning, Anna and Tom saw a family – a boy, a man and a woman. They had a big tent. The boy's name was Sam. This family found the tent and stove of Anna's family. But, Anna and Tom liked the shelter more. Anna, Tom and Sam played with each others and had fun. They stayed for two days. It was a great holiday for them.
