As a result of constant growth and diversification of its services, Icelandair Technical Services (ITS) required new comprehensive aircraft Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul management software.
Icelandair identified a need to:
• understand current processes and the people involved
• clearly articulate system requirements and how the new software would be used
• train the workforce and facilitate acceptance of the new software
• create supporting material required after ‘go live’
