the Seagrams Building in New York City by
acclaimed architects Neuhaus & Taylor,
Downtown Dallas’ iconic Bryan Tower

HISTORYFamous O.K. Corral gunfighter, Doc Holliday,
had his dentist office on this site in the 1870’s
at the edge of Dallas’ first Red Light District.
DESIGNBryan Tower features floor to ceiling glass
curtain walls on each of the 27,000 square
foot floors. One of the most efficient floor
plates avaliable in the Central Business
District, the rectangular shape allows for 38’
north/south and 60’ east/west bay depths,
which are perfect for planning. From the
striking lobby of granite and glass to the
