Welcome to UC San Diego. You’re new here... and you’re already off to a great start.

Wanna know why?Because you’ve got a Black Book in your hot lil’ hands. We only publish a few of these—so you’re one of the lucky few to find one. Sweet.

But what does this mean, you ask?Well, we polled all of our residents last year to get their opinions about the “best of the best” on campus. And these are the results: a no-BS guide to the best places to eat, drink, hang out, hook up, and recover on campus.

Maybe you want to find a place to study all night w/out bugging your roomie. We’ve got the answer.

Finished your exam and need a place to decompress? We know where to go.

Want to forget your studies, become one with nature, and ponder the meaning of it all? OR equally important, find the biggest, most delicious carne asada burrito?!

That’s right, genius. WE KNOW WHERE TO FIND WHAT YOU’RE LOOKING FOR.

So sit back, relax, and allow past students to steer you in the direction of the best public bathroom or friends to play with. We’ve just saved you so much time! Now get to it! Have some fun! Because...

Life at UC San Diego is an exciting adventure if you want it to be.

Howdy!
