Overall Idea

An abandoned house, empty for years, stood once alone and desolate before the arrival of a simple estate agent, Suzanne Moors. From thence on, a terrible curse has been released; a malediction. This being will not rest until the ties of the past have been settled, and until that point whoever enters will be bound to the depths of insanity.

Opening Idea

A series of shots establishing the location brings us inside the house where we are introduced to Suzanne, an estate agent trying to sell a large, country house. An unsettling noise leads Suzanne to discover the antagonist singing an old nursery rhyme. The scene ends with the diegetic sound of childish laughter in the background as the title appears.
