Our single flats for one tenant are between 25 and 35 m², the doubles offer you over 40 m² and in the large 2-bedroom flats you have between 70 and 100 m² at your disposal!

Every flat has its own living area, so you will never have to sit on the bed to watch TV. (unless you want to!)

Unlimited Freedom & Privacy ...

Each flat has its own kitchen with a standard refrigerator, cooking plates, a microwave and all other kitchen equipment. You can easily cook your own meals when you don't want to have diner in a restaurant. Like most apartment complexes you can enter our buildings without having to go by the reception desk. Nobody will know when you enter or when you leave, so your privacy is ensured

Our maintenance crew only enters the rooms on request.

Everything you need and more ...

All the standard home utensils and appliances you can possibly imagine are available in the flat: pots and pans, forks and knives, a coffee maker, a clock radio, a microwave, bed linen, a TV, a stereo, lamps, carpets, paintings, all kinds of decoration - it will be your home away from home. Everything is available for your immediate use and you will be able to receive guests in a comfortable way. The flats have regular home-like furniture witch can be moved by the tenants. You can arrange and decorate your flat as you like, designing your ‘home away from home’, according to your own tastes and needs.

when you arrive, all the cupboards in your apartment will be filled with whatever ingredients you need to have a great start to your stay.

We also offer breakfast baskets at very competitive prices. The baskets are delivered the night before your arrival and also include some snacks which you can dig into right away!

We also recommend the basket of Belgium goodies and the basket of Belgian beers. Belgian

chocolate or the world-famous Belgian beers are always appreciated by guests or can be a delectable souvenir for the people who stayed home.

These are the options. All you have to do now is take your pick!

Comfort Room

A spacious room for 3 people with a good bed, a bathroom with ba-th or shower, toilet and sink, small fridge, tv, internet availabe on the room at a very competitive price.

Standard Room A nice spacious room at 4 star level, a luxury bathroom, a fine bed, a tv, fridge, trouser press, hairdryer and free internet, enough space to feel comfortable and a waterboiler with welcom tray.

Ambassador Suites A super luxury flat with all comfort, refined sanitary, an own kitchen and a lot of space to really feel at home.

Family Room 4 persons

A double room at 4 star level with two bathrooms, luxury sanitary, a double bed and two one persons beds. Perfect for a family with children or a group with several people.

Family Room 6 persons

The 'family flat' distinguishes itself because of the capacity of 6 per-sons. They are more spacious and offer a useful living space with a size between 60 and 90 square metres. The living area and sleeping area are located in the same room. You will also find a separate bathroom with bath and toilet. The family flat is very comfortably. In the living area you may find a table with 6 chairs, nice sofas and TV with cable connection. Bed linen and a set of bath towels are, except if you have been infor-med otherwise, always included in the rent.

From the airport Follow the Brussels Ring way (R0) (direction Charleroi – Paris), Take exit 28 (Waterloo Noord / Argenteuil). Take the first street on your right (Avenue Reine Astrid). At the intersection, before the church of Waterloo, turn right again, Chaussée de Bruxelles, direction Brussels. After about 3km this road becomes the “Waterloose steenweg” in Sint-Genesius-Rode. You can find the hotel on your left side, next to the tennis club Wimbledon.

Coming from the North or the East (Antwerp – Gent – Leuven – Luik – Brussels Airport - Zaventem - Namen) Follow the Brussels Ring way (R0) (direction Charleroi – Paris), Take exit 28 (Waterloo Noord / Argenteuil). Take the first street right (Avenue Reine Astrid). At the intersection before the church of Waterloo, turn right again, Chaussée de Bruxelles, direction Brussels. Coming from Brussels (Zuidstation – Central station– City center) Follow the “Louizalaan” direction “Ter Kameren Bos”. Follow right (Chaussée de Waterloo) direction Waterloo. After about 10km and after you have past the forest “Zoniënwoud” (at your left side) you will find the hotel on you right side, next to the tennis club Wimbledon
