whose rules of 1863 are the basis of the sport today. Football's governing body is the Fdration

Internationale de Football Association, known by the acronym FIFA. The international football

competition is the most prestigious World Cup, held every four years by the agency. This event is

the most famous and most amount of viewers worldwide, doubling the audience of the Olympics.

    MOTOCROSS

The 'motocross' is framed in motorcycling sport that develops on unpaved circuits with big

jumps, in which the different participants competing for a career in order to finish in firstplace at the finish.

It combines the speed with the skills necessary to control the motorcycle to the uneven

terrain, with sharp turns, bumps, potholes and changed di his years of ground, and on a landarea that generally is muddy in order to avoid the danger of dust. All this means that in

racing motocross jumps and skids happen.

The motocross demands much physical strength and endurance of the pilot. A dirt bikeracing is able to develop an acceleration in short lengths comparable to the best sports cars

go without the comfort of sitting and very rough terrain, this results in a constant work of

all the muscles of the body, especially arms and back. (vicente lead)

There are regional championships, national and international, which usually are held in

various categories distinguished by engine displacement and age of the pilots.

THE BISICROSThe BMX originated in California in the early '70s, when young people were trying to copy the

champions of motocross bikes. In the 1980s was widespread variant known as race, or dirt track

racing, very similar to those made with motorcycles. Later, in the mid-80s, with the first exclusive

of pilots who practice it, and since the first Olympics in which the BMX will be partly held in China

    in 2008.

THE RALLYThis sports car is a discipline with its own regulations and has four major differences in road racing.

First, are played on public roads closed to vehicular traffic conveniently, secondly, the type of

vehicles used must be suitable for public roads so they must be enrolled and provided with the

same mandatory elements that the other cars as headlights, spare wheel or intermittent. The third

peculiarity is that, unlike circuits, teams competing in rally are equipped with two: a pilot and a

copilot, each with a different function. The fourth and final feature is that while circuits, all

participants take out at once, in rally do one on one with a time of one minute between them so

that each driver competes alone and rarely stumbles with an opponent during the race, unless this

has been injured or has been standing for a breakdown. All these aspects are fixed by legislation

the International Automobile Federation, the maximum motorsports entity provides. This

standard is generic for all countries, but in each of them their respective federations local rules

may vary at its discretion. So you can set a common pattern but the characteristics and

performance of a rally vary if it is a test of the World Rally Championship, an international race or

national or regional. In addition, the format of the rally have varied greatly over the years. In the

past fought for open roads, with departures from different points and a target city, the mileage

was much higher and the vehicles were almost identical to series.

THE BOXBoxing (English boxing), also sometimes called English or Irish boxing boxing, and colloquially

known as box, is a combat sport in which two opponents fight using only their gloved fists, beating

his opponent from the waist above, within a ring specially designed for this purpose, in brief fight

sequences called rounds or rounds and according to precise rules, which regulates weight

categories and duration of the meeting, among others.

In a more general way, boxing or pugilism refers to a wide genre of combat sports where two

opponents face off in fight using fists, exclusively or not, differing by their rules different sports

like boxing aforementioned English or actual boxing, French boxing or savate, boxing or boxing

Chinese Shaolin boxing kick boxing or Japanese, or Thai boxing muay thai, the ancient Greeks as

the pygmachia pugilatos and pankration, etc.1

The first codification of the rules governing boxing matches dating back to 1743, while still current

rules were established in 1889 by the Marquess of Queensberry, who among other things

    introduced the use of gloves.

    TAEKWONDO

It is a martial art become Olympic sport of combat since 1988, when it was introduced as a

demonstration sport in the Olympic Games held in the city of Seoul in South Korea. Taekwondo is

known for the variety and its spectacular kicking techniques, and today is one of the best known.

Taekwondo is primarily based on much older martial arts like kung fu or wu shu Chinese, in some

of his open hand techniques, the Korean taekkyon form and realization of the blows with his foot,

and in karate-do Japanese, where it gets the blows with his fist, the flatness (or zoning areas of the

human body: high-medium-low), blockades, the positions, the system of degrees, his first uniform,

and their first forms known as "Palgwe" in the WTF and ways "Hyong" of the ITF. Which after the

formal establishment of the two major international organizations (WTF and ITF) became Taeguk

forms or pumses (Taekwondo WTF) and Tul forms (Taekwon-Do ITF). Two things should be noted,

first, that the WTF uses the term "Taekwondo", and ITF "Taekwon-Do" for the promotion of art.

And second, that the Olympic Taekwondo is promoted by the WTF, not the ITF, but still attempts

to unify the criteria of the two international federations, in order to present a single unified style

to the International Olympic Committee (IOC) ahead to future Olympics.

VOLLEYBALLis a sport where two teams face on a plain field separated by a central network, trying to pass the

ball over the net to the ground of the opponents. The ball can be touched or driven with clean

shots, but can not be stopped, held, retained or accompanied. Each team has a limited number of

hits to return the ball to the opposite field. Usually the ball is hit with hands and arms, but also

competitions skating specialties. In recent times the calls are becoming popular tracks "synthetic

ice". An area in which you can skate like any other, but that is not ice, but polyethylene, a type of

durable plastic. Since the advent of synthetic ice (also called ecological ice) in the 60s, its evolution

has been dramatic, even to reach a 95% similarity with conventional ice. In addition, its use is

rampant among many domestic courts, where power consumption is a major handicap. In this

sense, the English Federation of Skating (National Ice Skating Association of UK) approved and

recommends these tracks for use. Among the advantages of synthetic ice rinks is that assembly

and maintenance are very cheap, as it requires no power consumption, to which must be added

that talk of a 100% recyclable material.

As time goes by, more people have become interested in skiing either as sport or entertainment

    due to increased ski resorts.

There is a variant of skiing, taking part in sport on a table, called snowboarding.

ALTEis a sport that contains a large set of disciplines grouped in runs, jumps, throws, combined events

and running. It is the art of outperform adversaries in speed or endurance, in distance or height.

The number of tests, whether individual or team, has varied over time and mindsets. Athletics is

one of the few sports practiced universally, whether in the world or in many amateur competitions

at all levels. The simplicity and the few practical means to partially explain this success. The first traces of athletic competitions date back to ancient civilizations. The discipline was

developed over the centuries, from the first tests to its regulation.

The calendar is dominated by four types of events: meetings, meetings between clubs, national

championships and major international events. The Olympic Games are the most prestigious

international event. They are held every four years since 1896 and athleticism is the most

important discipline in them. Since 1982, the International Association of Athletics Federations

(IAAF), the body responsible for the regulation of discipline, has relaxed its rules to end the

amateur period of discipline. The first World Athletics Championship was organized in 1983 and

held every two years since 1991
