The Barn, offers the opportunity to plan your special event your way ~ creating a memorable occasion with a personal touch.

You and your guests will enjoy the use of both levels of our beautiful venue and our lovely garden. You will have access to the building from 8 a.m. to Midnight, providing indoor and outdoor options.

The Barn can accommodate 125 guests. We provide and will set up indoor furnishings, includ-ing round or rectangular guest tables and banquet chairs, plus a variety of other tables such as bistro, buffet and sweetheart tables. The building is handicapped accessible, and you have complete control of the heating and air conditioning. You are free to decorate The Barn in your own personal style, or enjoy the simple, rustic elegance of the stone walls and plank flooring.

Choose your own caterer or use a caterer who has served at The Barn in the past. At the end of your event, all you do is remove trash and items you provided and we take care of the cleaning!

The Barn includes a charming, landscaped garden for use on the day of your event. Whether you would like to hold your

ceremony & reception at one location, or you would like your guests to enjoy an outdoor cocktail hour or yard games, The Garden is perfect. A stone walkway leads to an arbor under pine trees with seasonal

accent plantings. The Garden also offers a lovely setting for photos of your special day.

additional rental fee in groups of 100 & 125.

Who is responsible for clean up ?

The facility cleaning is included in your rental fee. However, your contract requires that all food &

beverage trash be removed from the building at the end of your event.

May we have our wedding ceremony at “The Barn”?

Yes. Either indoors or outdoors at our arbor under pine trees adjacent to the lower level.

Is smoking permitted ?

“The Barn” is a smoke free facility. Smoking is permitted outside.

May we serve alcohol ?

Yes. Alcohol may be served to age appropriate guests, but NOT sold.

How long do I have use of the building ?

Your contract allows use of the building between the hours of 8AM-12 Midnight.

How do I reserve my date ?

A signed contract and non-refundable initial
