1. BooKiNgs

Bookings, cancellations and changes should be made in written form.1.3. Booking for individual travellers (FIT) should include the following information: city, hotel, name of client, category of

rooms, dates of arrival and departure and other requested services.1.4. Booking for groups should include the following information: city, hotel, standard of accommodation, number of tourists,

dates of stay, itinerary, means of transportation, time of arrival and departure.1.5. Individual booking will be confirmed on the same day or within 24 hours.1.6. Group booking will be confirmed within 3 days.1.7. Vouchers have to indicate the payment is made by Amber Tours. For all the extra services provided by the hotel clients have

to pay directly to the hotel on departure.

2. CaNCellatioNs2.1. If a booking for individual travellers is cancelled:3 days before arrival – free of charge, less than 48 hours – 50% of the cost of the 1st day of service,less than 24 hours or no show – 100% of the cost of the 1st day of service. 2.2. If a booking for groups is cancelled: No later than 35 days prior to arrival – free; 31–21 days – 15 % of net value of the booking; 20–15 days – 25 % of net value of the booking; 14–5 days – 50 % of net value of the booking; 4–0 days – 100 % of net value of the booking. 2.3. The cancellation terms are valid for office work days (excluding weekends and public holidays).2.4. Reduction of the group no more than 10% is possible only up to 3 days before arrival without any charge. In case of cancel-

lation of more than 10% of the group the fee will be as in p. 2.2. Enlarging of the group depends on possibilities of the hotels and would be under discussion in each case.

2.5. For some hotels the cancellation and reduction terms could be notified specifically.2.6. Opera, theatre, concert and other tickets for cultural events once confirmed are non–refundable. 2.7. Refunding of airline tickets is according to IATA and individual airline regulations plus a 5 EURO per ticket service charge. 2.8. All cancellations have to be made in written form and require Amber Tours written cancellation confirmation.

3. priCes3.1. All prices are quoted in EURO. All rates are net and without commission. 3.2. All prices are subject to alterations due to reasons beyond Amber Tours control.3.3. Prices do not include transportation to or from destination, insurance, telephone calls, room service and other personal

expenses.

4. liaBility4.1. Amber Tours bears no responsibility for additional expenses caused by weather, sickness, strikes, interference of third party,

accidents or other force majeure. Amber Tours acts only as the agent for the suppliers featured in this catalogue.

5. payMeNt 5.1. Payment for groups – no less than 30% of the total amount 35 days prior the group arrival, the rest sum 14 days prior the

group arrival unless agreed otherwise.5.2. Payment for individual travellers – final and full payment has to be settled against invoice 5 business days prior to arrival,

unless agreed otherwise.5.3. Refund is not possible in case the individual traveller insists on cash payment at the hotel. 5.4. All charges for the bank services (payer’s as well as beneficiary’s) are to be fully paid by the payer.5.5. Payment should be settled in EURO:
