RIGHTS:

• To organize and manage your business as you wish.

• The investor may choose to operate himself the business or to let it.

• To own the monopoly over the segments you purchased.

• To add niche businesses matching the antiaging resort concept.

• To receive financial compensations if connected businesses owned by others are not

ready in the established time frame.

• To adapt resort marketing policies to your clients.

• To receive commissions on other’s businesses for the service packs you sell.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• To respect the domains and areas designated for your business.

• To build according to architecture regulations, local building codes and in the

established time frame. To compensate the connected businesses for any delay.

• To communicate the decision to enter a new niche business to all business owners in

the resort. So you will block others that considered it to take action (as part of a mutual

agreement).

• To sell your business under the same pack of rights& responsibilities you bought it.

Because your pack is part of a greater business, you benefit from the rights

2. You will not find references about the project on internet (due to confidentiality

required by all investors). You will be able to expose your investment when it is

ready to operate. You may visit the construction site at your convenience.

3. You can bid for an object (specific domain area), for more objects or for the

entire project (left unoccupied) in the same time.

4. You must provide guarantees that you can finalize the investment at estimated

value.

5. You must assume penalties if you are not ready to operate in the established

time frame.

6. You can send your offer by e-mail or by post. The deadline is 20.11.2011, 12.00

7. You must be ready to sign the contract on 29.11.2011
