Introduction• Tim Williams is an Idaho-based real estate appraiser
with over two decades of experience in the industry. In his spare time, Tim Williams supports local and national charities, including the Assistance League of Boise. The Assistance League of Boise organizes many philanthropic programs to benefit the local community. One such program, Operation School Supplies, is the largest supplier of free school supplies in Ada County, Idaho.
Operation School Supplies was founded in 1989 and has since provided thousands of children with the necessary materials to participate in the classroom.
Assistance League of Boise, Idaho• Area public schools submit requests for
everything from pens and crayons to binders and notebooks, and Assistance League volunteers collect and sort donations. Teachers receive the requested supplies each August and distribute them throughout the year to children in need.
During the 2013-2014 school year, 96 public school received supplies that were distributed to over 8,300 children. For more information on how to donate or volunteer, visit www.boise.assistanceleague.org.
