• The final day to receive claims Thursday 26th of November 2009
• On the Monday 30th of November 2009 all the claims had to been scanned
and recorded
• Creditors Meeting 17th of December 2009
• A list of claims lodged will be accessible to those who have submitted claims
against the bank at least one week prior to the above-mentioned meeting
• It was very important that we had a lot of employee´s that was expert to scan
and record. A lot of our staff was working for Glitni these last days so
everything would be ready on Monday 30th of November. And it did of course.
One of the key of a good project
• We are using Agile methods for our project management.
• We have a project management and also a steering committee.
• We split the project to sprints (duration 2-3 weeks).
• The steering committee had a meeting after each sprint
• The project management had a meeting at leach once a week.
• Glitnir had our mobile numbers and they could call us 24/7
• If they needed some service, we would start to work on it immediately
