• Outcomes of projects are often estimated too high in the proposals and take more time than foreseen.
• Indicators to measure the results that are suggested in the proposals need some fine-tuning at the start of the project.
• Partnerships create input for practical-based policies and improved regulations.
• Partners have a specific contact person in the city, and have access to city expertise.
• Partnerships create a positive vibe between mobility service providers and the city.
• Close cooperation and promotion is appreciated by partners.
