TRAINING A TECH WARRIOR

ON-SITE CONTINUAL DEVELOPMENTOur Spartans' training doesn't stop once they're placed with a client. They have

access to resources, classroom training and our network of consultants to help

them make the most of their position. They also have the opportunity to take extra

modules and certifications.

ON-SITE EMPLOYMENTOn passing their final project, our Spartans work as a consultant for two years. Some spend the

whole time with one client, building in-depth experience and relationships, while some move

around between clients building up a breadth of industry experience.

We have a large number of projects where we need to embed

testers. We use a combination of Sparta Global's highly experienced

consultants and we like to bring in some graduate talent as well.

These graduate consultants bring their key skills learned within the

academy as well as their different graduate course backgrounds.

The areas that they go into include security testing, performance

testing, accessibility testing. There’s a huge raft of skills that we

need to fill and through the different interests of the Spartans, we

can fill those.
