Research Design• According to cresswell(2012:3) Research is a process

of steps used to collect and analyze information to increase our understanding of a topic or issue. At a general level, research consists of three steps: Pose a question, Collect data to answer the question and Present an answer to the question.

• According to khotari (2004:7) there are 3 type of research method : library research, field research and laboratory research.

• In this research design the research also doing grounded research, it means found the theory from the data Sugiyono(2011:214).
