• Freezing to a conditioned tone is enhanced following damage to the dorsal part of mPFC.

(C57BL/6 JI; 4-6 months; 28-32g)• Electrodes were made of platinum-iridium wires(5

0μm in diameter), and were positioned in the PFC for recording and in the amygdala for lesion respectively.

時候 , 先關掉 PFC 的 decision-making 的功能• Amygdala 可以控制 PFC 的 activity, 但是否會經過其他

的路徑 , 而不是直接地控制 ?

• 為何在選取 electrical activity 時 ,signal to noise ratio 必須要超過 4 比 1?
