Proposal: Creating an Institution : * The Ambassy for People Happiness

The idea for this proposal begane from the projects , solutions I have and from what is happening into the world at these times

Mission: through fitted, efficient, relevant programms and projects, creating social good & happiness, to grow up the level of people happiness

Goals:

*Help countries, governments to approach The UN Sustainable Global Goals and Paris Agreement

*Arrive to measure social progress having like proper criteria ~*People Happiness Level~

* Arrive to measure a national, international indicator for happiness like ~Gross National People Happiness Level~

How these goals could be achieved

~aligning, linking the projects & programms for happiness with the governamental policy

~working in partnerships with Business Environment

~good and proper communication of values, valuable actions, results

~*participating at the World Happiness Report that is based on wellbeing research and gives data regarding people happiness that allow to measure the actions results with relevant indicators

What is happening now regarding these subjects, into the World

>UAE Minister of State for Happiness will align & drive government policy to create social good and satisfaction

> IN Bhutan, is taking into the consideration Gross National Happiness

> World Happiness Report 2016, Roma, 20 March ~ a landmark survey of the state of global happiness

World Happiness Report 2016, Roma, 20 March

~ with participation 156 countries, the ranking: Denmark, Switzerland, Iceland, Norway....

~is based on a poll that asked people to rank their own happiness, 2000, 3000 people per country

~the answers are wighted based on 6 factors:

~level GDP

~life expectancy

~generosity

~social support

~freedom

~corruption

The Report reflect a new worldwide demand for more attention to happiness as a criteria for government policy

Many governments, communities and organization are using happiness data and the results of subjective well being research; these could enable governments policies to support better lives

The team believes that the report results help countries to see how ready they are to aproach the UN’s Sustainable Global Goals

#COP21 meeting, Conferences of the Parties, where the world’s leaders, political, business, science people, are roposing solutions for the stringent problems that the humanity needs to face on, about peace, about global warming

UAE Minister of State for Happiness

„Ohood Al Roumi has been appointed by His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al

Maktoum as Minister of State for Happiness. Remaining responsible as DG of the Prime

Minister’s Office.

The 2015 World Happiness Report ranked it No. 20, above Britain and below Belgium.

Switzerland was No. 1, and the United States was No. 15.

Israel, at No. 11, was the happiest country in the Middle East, but the United Arab Emirates

still beat all other Arab countries. Egypt, with widespread poverty and a growing jihadist

insurgency, was ranked No. 135; Syria, torn apart by civil war, was No. 156, third from the

bottom.”

Global Climate Change Accord

„After two weeks of tense talks, word-wrangling and marathon overnight meetings, diplomats in

Paris agreed to a global climate change accord on Saturday evening — a day after the summit’s

Leaders and experts cheered the historic agreement that emerged from the 21st Conference of the

Parties, or COP21, calling it ambitious and realistic, and a crucial step in protecting the Earth for

adapt to climate change — from reducing their emissions of carbon dioxide and other greenhouse

*People Happiness

I think People Happiness depends on economical welfare, on economical growth, it is not only about surviving but it is about building future for us and for the next generations.

That could mean we have to live trying to find solutions for challanging that are on different domains, that are interconnected, in order to arrive to use our intelligence, creativity, innovations, abilities, knowhow and to start to build; we can say to build happiness; happiness could exist even when people are not totally satisfied with their lives.

And on these times, we cannot speak and think anymore only about ourselves, about a country, about an area; Now it arrives to be about world and we have to think, to feel, to speak globaly.

Happiness can Make A Better World; But To arrive to „ feel, understand, act” the happiness, need to open heart and brain and to have a good set of values.

Directions for sustainable and scalable solutions

#ParisAgreement could mean innovative solutions for the humanity challanges

Now these arrived to need active focus and efficient actions on these quickly times

*The goals need to be near in time, temporaly adequate, relevant, with fast results

**For ex to eliminate the poverty need to be a result more than a goal

~I can see 3 main directions for the sustenaible and scalable solutions

*solutions on education

That arrive to build a good, representative sets of values that could be highlights on the way to personal actions and for the way to collective thinking

~*focus on the young generation; they are open heart, smart, connected

They want to live in a better world

They will be the next employees, CEOS, Directors, business owners;

Our world will depend on them

~focus on talent

~I think the olympic values could be the worldwide good values refferences

*economical solutions

~focus on prioritization, efficiency, efficacy

Through

~reducing the waste

~producing the resources

~recycling things and reintroducing into use

~embracing

~efficient ideas

~new technologies

~fitted clean energy solutions

On the fields like

~water development ~air we breath ~food *all the other fields are included

*science, technology, innovative sollutions

*The equilibrum is very important, for this we need to feel and think, to create premises for the changes that are needed and for peace

~I think that the nation that aspires to live has to remember but the most important, has to build the fitted set of values, to have them like highlights into the state of relativity

~The nation that aspires to evolve, I think, has to be open to arrive to take from the past, what is representative, what it makes well and what is fitted, and having a good set of values like highlights, to apply into the present, for the future

*About a country and innovation

*I think that innovation needs creativity, needs knowledge and understanding ~innovation means to open new ways ; to arrive to make a transformation ~a country cannot expect innovation if it isn't open to the new ideas, different, logical, creative; new ideas, even are not included into the procedures ~the best tool for innovation: to approach to the people and to understand them ~the second important tool for innovation is to think, simple with respect

The commitment for The Ambassy for People Happiness

I’ve asked my son Lucas, 6 years old:

What is the difference between joy and happiness?

Because his answer when I have downloaded him a game that he wanted very much was that he is full of joy and happiness.

Lucas:

*The joy is when we are glad, with smiles on our faces

*The happiness is when it is better

This should be the commitment for The Ambassy for People Happiness: to intervene with SMART, specific projects, efficient that can bring fast, masurable results.

The results need to have like effect for people, a happy feel and believe that good things happen, that things are moving in a good direction.

And I am not referring now to the people trust in other people that are governing them, but to the trust into the results that people arrived to see around them and into them lives.

*Seeing that it is possible, people could arrive to change to themselves what they arrive to understand that could be necessary…

The results need to be measured; and measuring the reasults need to happen during the entire implementation periode of a project.

~Because with demonstrated results, besides open heart, faith, the people hope can be fed

~*It is like a contangency plan in a crises periode, to feed the hope with real results of good actions

**Real results for people, demonstrated, together with a good communication, could arrive to influence colective thinking, increase the *country engagement

*People Happiness: Trying for everyday better life

The projects will be implemented with a *new Gantt a little bit different than the classic, based on choosing well the most efficient actives, needed for each activity.

All these will give a picture for the project status, will give an efficient budget needed, will give the shorter time needed to implement the project.

But I think at these times, we need to move quickly and to see fast results;

For this, The projects are and those that will come will be:

*Will bring fast results through:

~the benefits for the partners: companies, organizations, estate that will participate and

~through the fact that can make people to smile, can make people happy

*will happen, will be communicated online and offline

*having between goals the GlobalGoals, the projects will help the approaching to the UN #GlobalGoals and #ParisAgreement

*The Projects proposals and The Projects that will come means Innovations, Innovative ideeas, Solutions with fast results for important challanges in different domains

*The Projects Results will increase the people *country engagement ~ I created these terms~ and the *country brand value

*The Prioritization for The Projects will be according to The Priotitization I have been Proposed for The GlobalGoals
