Assignment communication tool for all officers in the grades of O-5 and below

Ability to list location/duty and developmental preferences

Talent Marketplace creates assignment/duty location database

Formalizes commander involvement

Assignment matching WILL start with or without ADP/TM Input

List realistic preferences and be flexible!

Explain unique situations/special skills: High School senior, graduate education, research experience, etc…

Let your ADP/TM “do the talking”

DON’T give only one or few preferences

DON’T leave the comments section/intent questions blank

DON’T miss submission deadlines – you may miss out on your chance to communicate

DON’T search for duty titles or specific rank requirement. Focus on location… List preferred duty titles in intent questions
