City that lies between tbree hills , »est Igueldo'S: mount, t:he historie center is locared in the Urgull's mount footh i lls and the easr is che Ulia's mounc our incervent:ion area .

We fiad in this mountain a special relationship •vi th the ci ty and San Sebastian' s people. The paths, the milestones, the memory of the place, che biol.ogical cycles, they open up a possibility fcr proposals .

03. Diagnos tic Ulia's mount is moving away and degradation, caused by the removal of che old leisure and recreational uses of Mount Ulia :

• Dismantling the old ferry anct tram aerial asee m:. to Ol ia .

• Close the old restaurant and lookout over toe city of San Sebastian . Currently in ruins .

• Destruction of the elernents of access to the watchtowers . Currently its initial use as landscape observatories, as elements to see but not be seen i s canceled

• Old rustic coffee house, place of rest and meeting that prornoted dialogue and cornmunication between the inhabitants , is now an empt:y shell wi~hout any use .

• Tne building replaced pigeon shooting skeet is currently unused, ~he esplanade at his feet in the formerly conducted games and competit~ons

• Other i tems ÍOund as the old ba~tery Monpás, whose strategic position gave a privileged visual to the Cantabrian Sea . His current situation is of ruin .
